A Concern for Shaler Township
As an educator for 36 years in the Shaler Area School District, I have become closely acquainted with many of the people who live in this community. The community has endorsed our efforts to work closely with Hampton Township to benefit the citizens of both communities. In the past decade we have been working with Hampton Township to consolidate services. We have successfully created the Hampton-Shaler Water Authority, and Shaler-Hampton Emergency Medical Services. I currently serve as the President of the Shaler Township Board of Commissioners, and strongly recommend that Shaler Township be included in the same House District as Hampton Township.
