Revisions needed in HD 21, 33 and 30
I would like to offer the following 3 suggestions for Allegheny County HD north of the Allegheny River. 1. Aspinwall 3 should be in HD33 with Aspinwall 1 and 2 and the entire rest of the Fox Chapel Area School district. It has nothing in common with HD 24 and that city district. The area adjacent to the east of Aspinwall 3, which is in the city, is land from the waterworks plant and is a strip mall. 2. Etna should be in HD21 not HD33. Shaler Area school district consists of Etna, Shaler and Reserve. The community ties between these municipalities are deep and they should be represented by the same person. 3. Pine should go with Richland into HD 30 as they are Pine-Richland school district and share many community efforts. Instead keep all of McCandless together in HD 28.
