Legislative District 59

Many constituents living in the 59th District are in very rural areas with spotty access to high-speed internet and cell phone service. We have a high concentration of elderly constituents that don't even have cell phones and a majority of them don't own computers. They are ill equipped to buy and learn new technologies because the majority of them live on a fixed income. They have no way of locating their new legislative office without being able to access the internet and receive timely information. Changing the districts creates a barrier to them and would not be good for the community.
