Fair and Equitably Representation in PA Elections
As a 30+ year resident of Pennsylvania and a licensed psychologist who practices in the state, I'd like to thank Chairman Nordenberg and the Legislative Reapportionment Committee for the work it is doing to ensure that all Pennsylvania citizens are fairly and equitably represented in elections. The gerrymandering system must come to an end, as it violates the principles of our democracy. The proposed new maps more accurately reflect our communities and our status as a swing state, and better protects the rights of every voter in Pennsylvania. I encourage and support the LRC to continue its work toward fairer maps.
