Bucks Proposal 1B is the map that I and many of my neighbors in Bucks County are advocating for. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox/FMfcgzGmtNldkGtxPncLGwBcgXsSLcpg?projector=1 It is as close as possible to the districts we currently have and attached Map 1B takes into account the new census data. It is a fair and competitive map as opposed to the map that your Commission is proposing. Your commission's map is highly BIASED, reflecting your political agenda, and clearly is gerrymandering! Many residents in Bucks County are appalled by the LRC proposed re-districting, since it dilutes our voting rights and does NOT represent the residents of Bucks County! My family lives in District 144 (Chalfont, PA). My district would be changed under the LRC proposal. Bucks County Districts should remain as close to the original as possible. We have some truly terrific legislators in Bucks County. The current districts are beneficial and represent the makeup of Bucks County residents. The new districts would be detrimental. Some drawbacks to the LRC proposed district map are: Municipalities are further split than under the current map. Please read the article from Bucks County Courier Times, a non-partisan newspaper.
