New Pa 168 House District is unacceptable
The proposed boundaries for the 168th are incompatible with the PA Constitution in that they not only divide Middletown Township, but they also divide District 2 into two separate House Districts. For decades, the 168th has been largely comprised of Middletown, Edgmont, Upper Providence and Media. This area comprises the boundaries of the RoseTree Media School District, which would contain three House Districts under the new boundaries. The new boundaries are unacceptable.
