Districts in southeast PA are not compact enough

The proposed LRC maps are more compact that the 2011 maps, but districts in southeast PA are not as compact as they should be in both maps. They don’t pass the eye test. Many of the districts turn and wind and stretch. For example, these districts in the proposed senate map are not compact: 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 17. Here are some of SE PA districts in the proposed house map that are not compact: 26, 61, 70, 148, 149, 151, 152, 154, 159, 168, and 198. In my opinion, if a district from the previous map is not compact, it should be completely redrawn to make it compact (regardless of previous district lines). The district should not observe boundaries from previous maps.
