Bucks County Redistricting
Redistricting should not be based on political party but on the true purpose of having equal representation in Harrisburg for the citizens of Bucks County. Bucks County’s 10 legislative districts should not exclude the competition of the political parties so they can elect the Representative who will provide the best positions that would be beneficial for the people that they represent. The majority of the present legislative Bucks County districts are competitive, which gives the voters the final choice on who represents them in Harrisburg. Municipalities should not be split so people in the municipality can determine what is best for the entire municipality.
