Oppose redistricting 168
Hello! I live in Middletown for 6 years. I am sorry I have to say that I found the proposed legislative redistricting is wholly unacceptable. Rose Tree Media School district will be divided into three legislative districts. Do you know the school district is planning more than 1 million dollars to build a new school? Do you know what influence this redistricting plan would change the existing construction budget? Why do you take away Media, the heart of our district? I don't really see the value to doing this except confusing us and implanting some unfolded intent. Additionally, other municipalities in our legislative district shared our school district and our mutual interest in the Rt 1 business corridor. By splitting up these like entities, you are unreasonably limiting our communities' ability to advocate for our interests. As a small business owner, I can't imagine how much extra work this will bring to the small business owners when they have to deal with all the bureaucracy. Are you share this plan is not designed to assure greater Democrat members of the legislature? Are you sure this is an impartial plan? Please reject this plan.
