Oppose Gerrymandering
I oppose splitting up a county including Chester County for example, into two or more parts spread over two or more counties. That is blatant gerrymandering. When you are considering splitting up any county so as to be "inclusive and more representative of ethnic or minority populations," that is blatant gerrymandering, and it is just as wrong as splitting up counties and districts to achieve political positioning. Justice (and counties) is supposed to be blind.
