Save the 82nd
I am disappointed that he new districting plan is so blatantly breaking up Juniata County in what appears to be nothing more than a power grab. We are being broken into a minority piece and tagged onto the side of another district, leaving many of concerned about getting any real representation in Harrisburg. Representative Hershey has given us more cofidene that we have truly been represented and heard than many others before him and now you're seeking to simply divide us up, breaking apart many community services that we share with neighboring Mifflin County. We will go from being a represented district to being add ons to other districts, comparable to what the Democrats referred to as the "fly-over states" in the last Presidential election. We know that as add ons to other districts, we're not going to get the same conentrated representation we're currently receiving. This gerrymandering game needs to stop. Sincerely, Pastor Jeremy C.
