Prison populations
I live in, Lewisburg, an area with many prisons. The Senate map seems to count inmates as residents here, but many are from elsewhere in state. This gives my region more representation and robs the people in urban areas. Population of the state is shifting from central to southeastern pa. The senate map should reflect that.
