Rejection to Sen Maj Leader Kim Ward Resolution
Good Day, Im alicia dorsey family community advocate residing in Philadelphia Pa, im submitting a rejection to Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward resolution to exclude any incarcerated person who has more than 10 years left on their minimum sentence, My concerns are the dollars that push this conversation based on census allocations that incarcerated people are counted for but not able to access at least not without prejudice. Lifers are coming home thanks to Philadelphia D. A. Larry Krasner clean up of corrupt detectives. Their resources aka census allocations should be in their hometown, to help provide for the family and support for when incarcerated people return home. Justice transformation is taking place because crime is down and people are fed up with corruption. Pennsylvania should end all forms of prison gerrymandering, Thanks for your time.
