Absolutely no prison gerrymandering!
NO to Senator Ward's resolution to undermine democracy and reform. Prison gerrymandering is wrong no matter how long a person's sentence is. Incarcerated people should *always* be counted as residents of the communities they came from - NOT residents of prison.
