Stop the political gerrymandering
The state Constitution clearly prohibits the breaking up of municipalities unless absolutely necessary. There is no necessity to do so in this case. It is simply gerrymandering for political reasons. Our alleged representatives in Harrisburg do not understand the makeup of the cities of Bethlehem and Allentown and their surrounding communities (nor do they care). To break up the cities for political reasons will leave each city's voice diminished in the state senate. It will also adversely affect the County of Northampton. Please leave the City of Bethlehem in one piece in the 18th senatorial district.
