Legislative Reapportionment
We are residents of Ferguson Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania and are writing in support of the proposed map for the redistricting of the house districts as they pertain to our area. We applaud the transparency and fairness of the process as well as the proposed results. Currently, our area is terribly gerrymandered which does not allow for representation accurately reflecting the makeup of those of us living here. In our opinion, the proposed map, especially as it pertains to the proposed 82nd District, corrects the egregious, existing travesty. This testimony represents not only my thoughts; but, also those of my wife.
