Horsham Township
Dear Legislative Reapportionment Commission- I was born in Horsham Township and moved back to the area to raise my family. I am outraged that there is consideration of splitting Horsham into 2 State House Districts. Firstly, our township has not grown to the extent that one leader cannot represent it in its entirety. This township has faced serious concerns due to the Military Base’s failure to protect the environment. The funds received for making out water safe was because we had representation that thoroughly understood the impact. It’s crucial that we continue to have one voice who will put Horsham’s concerns first. There is a strong elderly population that would be harmed since there will be confusion dealing with multiple representations. Todd Stephens has committed endless hours to improving the quality of life in Horsham and will continue to do so. Please keep Horsham as one so that this township will continue to be given the voice it deserves
