Aspinwall is ONE Borough: Do not split
The Borough of Aspinwall has been one small borough since 1892. It is imperative that Aspinwall remains as one district with one representative. Under no circumstances should it be split into upper and lower Aspinwall or split any other way. I believe this split is proposed only for political reasons, which I do not support. Please leave Aspinwall as one district, ensuring one state representative.
