Chairman Appointment Is Not A Representative

Chairman, Mark Nordenberg is an appointment of the state Supreme Court. I do not endorse him as a candidate nor did he run for elected office. Nordenberg does not represent my interests. His overreach of his position as appointed chair in drawing preliminary maps is an affront to all citizens and implies an endorsement to influence the final map. His function as chairman should be to oversee the proceedings only. I do not accept any redistricting map currently or derived from this point forward since his action at the start of the process used his position as chairman, his name-brand recognition among voters, and his influence to sway opinions and direct the redistricting process. I reject the redistricting map in it's current and final versions since the overreach of the chairman's influence corrupted it's fair process. I request that chairman Mark Nordenberg be immediately relieved of his position, the district map returned to it's original state, and that the state forfeit it's redistricting cycle since the process has been tainted by this appointee.
