This is outrageous
I live in the 29th district which reasonably encompasses all of Warminster. Your proposal completely dissects Warminster/Centennial schools into separate districts and rejiggers the 29th into an liberal enclave. This disenfranchises the voters of Warminster by dividing us up into less significant voting blocks whose issues can be ignored with little consequence. A reasonable person can see this change has little to do with census data and more to do with minimizing the clout of Warminster voters.
