Fair and appropriate redistricting
Americans from both sides of the political spectrum expect fair redistricting. Taking advantage and blurring the lines for political advantage is cheating. Period! Taking seats from expanding areas and adding seats to stagnant areas, such as Philadelphia is plain wrong and everyone knows it. The fairness of schoolyard rules still applies for people with integrity and honor.
