I do not see East Rockhill Twp as necessarily a community that belongs with West Rockhill Twp, Sellersville and Perkasie Boroughs in a legislative district, while Bedminster and Hilltown and part of Telford Borough are excluded from this rationale. East Rockhill Twp is in a school district that includes ALL of those municipalities. There is no other tie that binds East Rockhill more with the first three mentioned municipalities than the others in the school district and adjacent to East Rockhill borders. I have lived in East Rockhill Twp for more than 30 years.
