Unfair redistricting
This proposed changed appears to be politically biased. It is uncertain whether this apparent bias is based on an attemot to favor one of the major parties over the other. It is a fact that most registered voters in Pennsylvania are Democrat - 46%. It is known that there are many fewer Republicans - 39%. Through the use of available population analysis, it can be demonstrated that the suggested redistricting actually favors Republicans. If this was fair, the redistricting would instead favor Democrats. Please correct this bias.
