178th Legislative district
The Northampton Township Board of Supervisors unanimously agreed upon resolution to the PA Reapportionment Commission opposing the move to split our township election districts in to two state legislative districts. The current plan would move Northampton Districts 9,10 & 14 from the 178th Legislative District (Representative Wendi Thomas) to the 142nd Legislative District (Representative Frank Farry). I am not in support of this change, and believe the provides ample logic for not changing districts or representation!
