Aspinwall should be in HD33
Aspinwall is part of Fox Chapel Area School District. Proposed new HD33 includes all of the school district, with the exception of a small piece of Aspinwall, which is lumped in a City of Pittsburgh district. The City owns the Waterworks Plaza and adjacent waterworks, but there are no residents there. It makes no sense to extend the city district to cover parts of Aspinwall. Aspinwall is an integral part of the broader school district community. 100% of Aspinwall should be in HD33
