Fairness
There are more Democrats than Republicans in Pa. but there are more Republican senators than Democratic. Democrats have been underrepresented by the gerrymandering that occurred with the Republican legislature during the last redistricting. These maps should make sure more Democratic candidates for Senate are elected. I think they should lean toward the Democrats even more than they are now proposed to do.
