Montgomery County District 4 Support
I support maps that retain and respect political boundaries so that all political entities can be aligned to provide the greatest number of people with the most influence over the decisions that will impact them the most. I support the Updated Proposed Congressional map for my area - Ardmore, Montgomery County. The updated map for the Congressional District is in line with township and county political lines much more than the originally proposed map. I live a few blocks from a county and township political line. It is frustrating to have a misalignment between local, state and federal political boundaries when issues arise that impact different political entities differently but representatives are forced to align with the majority of those they represent when the majority comes from a county or township that is not mine. The updated map puts my neighborhood where it should be - with my county and with my township.
