Plan B Modification For Lancaster County

The current preliminary plan claims to draw a hispanic district in Lancaster County, but fails to do so. The prelim map has the 50th district as 43% white and 37% hispanic. So I drew a plan B map that makes the 50th district 40% hispanic, 39% white. The first hispanic plurality district in the history of Lancaster County. I did it by cramming as many minority white precincts and blocks into the district without making the 96th district one that the national democratic ticket would have lost in 2020. The incumbent for the 96th district will remain in the 96th district. The incumbents for the other Lancaster County districts should remain in their respective districts.
