Save the 82nd District
I am highly concerned regarding my local representation coming from a rural area. Please reconsider the current maps proposed. Various businesses, business owners, farmers, and events in our community benefit from local representation who understand our values and needs through being a member of our community. We need a representative who will work for our local and specific needs, rather than a representative who has a large area to fulfill and overlooks the Juniata Valley region, and suddenly, our voice is no longer heard in Harrisburg. Our local representative has been in numerous small businesses, schools and at homeschooling events, church dinners, public parks and libraries, local holiday events, and is a general part of our community, which we will not see with the new redistricting proposal- it is impossible. Again, please reconsider the maps proposed, especially for those from rural areas, such as the 82nd district. We deserve for our voice to be heard in Harrisburg.
