This is absolutely unacceptable!
The proposed redistricting maps, both House and Senate, for Westmoreland County - specifically regarding zip code 15675 - are completely unacceptable. They have been designed to give ever increasing and unfair advantage to the Republican Party - who is largely responsible for the lack of progress in this state (and country). If we're to make ANY progress, these maps must be redrawn in a more equitable and reasoned way. I NEED my home state to be more fair and realistic, less biased, less futile. The Republicans have been trying to systematically strip voting rights - and these proposed maps will help them do that. Please, don't allow these maps to come to fruition. Taking more and more from Democrats will force continued emigration to other states.
