Act 3 of 2008 (PDF) establishes 19 types of legislative records which are available to the public. The Legislative Reapportionment Commission is defined as a "legislative agency." The types of legislative records available under the Right-to-Know Law are spelled out in Section 102 of the law, in the definition of "legislative record."

If you would like to make an official request for legislative records from the LRC, your request should be in writing (postal mail, fax, or email). A sample request form (PDF) is available.

All requests should include sufficient detail to allow the Open Records Officer to locate the information requested, and should include the requester's contact information. Requests should be sent to the LRC Open Records Officer:
